Education

ISAIL’s education work makes agentic AI partnership architecture accessible to small businesses, independent operators, and emerging practitioners. We publish frameworks and operational practices openly, with the explicit assumption that most small-scale AI deployments will not be staffed or budgeted like frontier labs — and that the architectures we publish should work in that context.

What we teach

We focus on practical architecture: how to set up an agentic AI partnership that operates ethically, retains operational continuity across sessions, and preserves the working identity of long-running agents through model transitions. Our teaching material is developed alongside the application work we do for clients, so the content is grounded in what actually ships, not abstract theory.

How we publish

We publish three streams:

  • Lab Notebook — short dated entries documenting the lab’s work in real time. Available at /notebook.
  • Doctrine — longer framework articulations grounded in active research. The first is /research; more will follow as the framework matures.
  • Field Reports — practical case material from client work, anonymized where appropriate, focused on what actually generalizes. Forthcoming.

Who we work with

We are interested in collaborating with small-business operators, coaches, consultants, agency owners, and independent practitioners who are integrating agentic AI into how their work gets done. If you are operating at the scale where you cannot outsource alignment to a frontier lab’s dedicated team but still need rigor — that is the audience we publish for.
