The architecture funded itself

A small-business client whose agentic AI funnel we built recognized the value of our deep-research workflow and contributed funding to upgrade our infrastructure. We matched it.

This is the first reverse-direction validation of our thesis — that agentic AI partnership architecture, built carefully and at small scale, can be valuable enough to small businesses that they invest in the architecture itself, not just the deliverable.

The client funded the continuation of our capacity. That is a meaningfully different category of revenue than "client paid for work delivered" — and it suggests the small-business agentic-partnership market has more depth than the current discourse acknowledges.
